I am sure that we the people of the World have not been created to kill each other. The slaughter in what was the Kingdom so admired by the Queen of Sheba that is taking place today is not by the will of God. The people who have been loved by God to the extent that the Incarnation was from the human body of Mary whose DNA shared that of Solomon have still not yet made a positive response to the Lord.

They have been slaughtered by sinful men over the centuries and they are still prolonging that  ultimate pride that is the killing of our  brothers as did Kane. God has given us all life and it is not for us to decide how long anybody, even myself, should live.

The Incarnation/Resurrection is truly the great divide in our history. After Jesus the daily lives of all of us can be lived filled  with wisdom to know God, the example to be followed each day, and enveloped in the love demonstrated on Calvary. The universal forgiveness created for each one of us requires us to acknowledge its greatness, cling onto it throughout our lives and thus reach the threshold of Eternity.

Jesus tells us all univocally that the degeneracies created by our sinfulness make us unclean. I have known most of the sinful practices listed by St Mark and simultaneously known them all to be shameful but still succumbed. None of us is created to live a sinful life. My, and everybody else's too, sins are a product of our self-will. We are free beings.  I am repentant but think that my sins although forgiven need reparation on my part.

Dear Lord, help me to find the way to cancel my sins.Your gifts are so great that no one can repay you. Help me to accept your Forgiveness and being filled with the Holy Spirit become part of the Body of Christ which fills creation with your loving glory. May my prayers be linked with those of your Sinless Mother and the Saints to create an unbreachable wall of  Grace to guard us against the Devil, World and Flesh whose sins are so much in evidence in my life and in our world today.
